Jade currently teaches Media and Photography and uses her background in Drama and Theatre Studies to empower students through storytelling, promoting empathy and diverse perspectives.

Her heart-led, brain inclusive approach to her classroom emphasises critical thinking, equipping students to navigate a complex media-saturated world.

As a mother of three neurodivergent children and a teacher, she has personal experience from both perspectives. Being neurodivergent herself helps her to gently navigates the challenging journey of advocating for her children in a system that often overlooks the unique strengths of neurodivergent learners.

Jade’s career spans Special Education, Catholic, Government, and Independent Schools, championing neuro-inclusive practices to ensure all learners succeed.

She believes education should inspire creativity, encourage critical engagement, and prepare students to contribute thoughtfully to the world.

She continues to practice media art and spends her weekends refining her skills in photography and film. View her work here and here
